Customer Success Manager, London

WHAT IS THE ROLE ALL ABOUT?

To sum up the role, your goal for the Customer Success Manager is to make sure our customers love and praise us. In other words, your task is to build and develop our accounts by providing both business and technical support for growing their businesses with Enfuce’s current and new services.

You will start with a well-thought onboarding in order to get you up to speed on things. Also, as we believe in collaboration, you will have the support from all the relevant stakeholders in order for you to succeed. 

What will you be doing:

    • Ensuring that our customer gets the most out of our provided service and grow awareness of additional products and features and support the customer continuously with our offering
    • Trying on several different thinking hats as you will be acting as a link between several stakeholders such as sales, product management, project management, marketing, partner management and such
    • Maintaining a great company image to all external stakeholders as well as act as the voice of the customers internally
    • Taking ownership of your scope of work and take part in sharing knowledge inside the organization

With this type of a background you will succeed in the role:

    • Knowledge from payments or SaaS industry
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and build relationships with B2B customers on an international level
    • Experience with B2B sales, project management, or consultancy in SaaS business
    • Business acumen and strategic thinking
    • Ability to communicate fluently in English (our working language)
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • The ability to listen and to think critically
    • The ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

This is a permanent position and you would be working from our office in London  but we are a modern workplace where remote working is also possible.
