To reach our ambitious goals and become the World’s Number One payment provider, we need you to join us as our Delivery Engineer.
THE ROLE AND TEAM
At Enfuce, the Delivery Engineer is part of the Delivery team which takes care of cascading our awesome services effectively and efficiently to our customers.
The team currently consists of 8 people and we work closely with other internal and external stakeholders including our product teams, customer success managers, product management and customers. Each team member works with an assigned customer and the team collaborates on service delivery for our customers. To ensure smooth delivery flows, Agile and Kanban practices are applied in the team.
You’ll definitely succeed in this role by being curious, persistent, and logical – a true techie who enjoys living by the code of your craft by developing elegant solutions for complex problems with a desire to develop in the payments and fintech industry.

Your day to day:

Taking care of service delivery to our customers in a fast and efficient manner

Customer Onboarding
-
Providing clear communication and status updates, both internally and externally

Optimising processes, tooling & documentation by driving automation wherever possible

Adding customer specific configurations, testing and validation

Using agile practices to deliver services in a predictable and scalable manner

Collaborating with team members, stakeholders and customers to make well-informed decisions to create smooth payment experiences

Willingness to take responsibility and ownership of your work

A team player with good communication skills
What we look for:
Technical skills

Experience with programming languages, i.e. Python/Java/Typescript

AWS experience
-
Experience or understanding of Way 4

Experience with Cloud DevOps tools

Natural curiosity for thinking in systems and logical problem solving

Agile mindset

Gitlab, Sumo Logic, Jenkins, Oracle and Sumo Logic, all with a focus on automation.
