To reach our ambitious goals and become the World’s Number One payment provider, we need you to join us as our new Head of Communications at Enfuce.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Head of Communications, you will own the Enfuce brand narrative, brand execution & experience for the external audience, thought leadership content & brand communication. You will champion the brand narrative internally working as an Subject Matter Expert for the Engagement & Comms specialist. You will deliver a comprehensive external brand & communications strategy, designed to enhance the Enfuce brand reputation and accelerate brand awareness. In short, you and your team will pave the way for the Enfuce brand to go to new heights!

A critical part of your role will be owning the company’s media and analyst relations strategy. Establishing and nurturing key media relationships, you will ensure brand exposure and drive up brand recognition for the business. Anticipating and managing reputational issues, you will support your business leaders to navigate issues and maximize opportunities in a fast paced environment.

As Enfuce expands its international footprint, you will build and nurture media relationships across regions and ensure maximum effectiveness of our PR programme, managing market entry campaigns and building awareness and a strong profile in all markets Enfuce operates within.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of the Enfuce brand & communications strategy
  • Leadership of the communications functions, including media relations, analyst relations, social media etc
  • Development of the Enfuce brand narrative and strategy for its effective communication through the creation of unique brand experiences
  • Manage / run the Enfuce press office including proactive media relations and reactive crisis management
  • Develop and maintain contacts with key media members, influencers and community leaders in the Fintech industry ensuring Enfuce is everywhere, highly visible and the number 1 to contact for all commentary related to the payments industry and wider industry issues
  • Work in collaboration with the demand generation & campaigns teams, ensuring full alignment in brand focus and execution
  • Build out and drive performance of our owned media channels and social media presence
  • Working in partnership with our people & culture team to ensure the Employee Value Proposition accurately reflects our external brand

What we look for

We expect you to be an seasoned brand & communications professional with experience of operating within and leading highly effective, international brand & communications teams within B2B environment.

Your characteristics:

  • More than 10 years’ experience from leading high performing brand & communications teams
  • Proven track record in developing compelling brand narratives and brand experiences in a B2B environment
  • Experienced in operating a strong AR and PR function, incorporating modern reputation management approaches such as social communities and review sites to build long term brand awareness
  • Well versed in deploying social media tactics to full success, in order to build thought leadership and brand reputation on owned channels
  • Proven track record of delivering highly impactful communications campaigns and building strong profiles across key strategic media outlets
  • Connected across an international media landscape, with particular focus on the Nordics, UK, Germany and Benelux markets
  • Well versed in managing and directing external agency partners to a centralised communications strategy
  • Proven track record in maximising opportunities for thought leadership and profile building at key events (in-person and virtual)
  • Relevant industry experience within the fintech industry and or SaaS industry a strong benefit
