In 2022, our ambition is to double our customer base and geographical reach rapidly with our packaged card and digital payment product. As our customer base is growing, we want to make sure that our Key Accounts are managed with great quality and collaboration. As we are expanding geographically and opening new sites, the position will be located in London.

Key Account Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty with our large customers. Your responsibility as the Key Account Manager is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to ensure strong collaboration to enable our customers to grow and succeed also in future.

The ultimate goal for the Key Account Manager is to build and develop our Key Accounts by providing the right type of support for growing their businesses with Enfuce’s current and new services. Key Account Manager is a significant role; it has the responsibility for some of the biggest customer accounts at Enfuce, which represents magnificent revenue impact as is, and also important growth opportunities.

You will start with a well-thought onboarding in order to get you up to speed on things. Also, as we believe in collaboration, you will have the support from all the relevant stakeholders in order for you to succeed.

What will you be doing:

  • Creating a trusting relationship with the key stakeholders on the customer’s side, decision makers in particular

  • Having a continuous dialogue with the customer on their business plans and maintaining a shared business development roadmap together with the customer

  • Understanding the commercial and contractual implications of the ongoing and potential initiatives and ensure win-win commercial terms for anything we do

  • Taking business initiatives and being resilient in a fast moving environment

  • Maintaining a great company image to all external stakeholders as well as act as the voice of the customers internally

  • Taking ownership of your scope of work and take part in sharing knowledge inside the organization

With this type of a background you will succeed in the role:

  • Experience from the financial sector, preferable from card payments in a commercial/account management role.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop relationships with B2B customers on an international level

  • Experience with B2B sales, either new customer acquisition or nurturing existing customers

  • Ability to go through demanding business negotiations

  • Ability to communicate fluently in English (our working language)

  • Strong relationship management skills

  • The ability to listen and to think critically

  • The ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

This is a permanent position and you would be working from our office in London but we are a modern workplace where remote working is also possible.
