ABOUT YOUR NEW POSITION
As a Project Manager at Enfuce you will be a key team member for ensuring our customers get a great onboarding journey with Enfuce. In addition to applying your experience from complex projects, you will be able to contribute and voice your experience and ideas on managing and improving processes relating to our customer onboarding projects.
While you are expected to be able to perform your duties mostly independently, you won’t be alone. You will work closely with our team of Project Managers who will support you with company principles and guidelines to effectively execute your role.
This is a client facing role and it requires that you have the ability to build strong relationships with customers, often at a senior level. As a whole, your responsibilities may include the delivery of a single large scale project, or several concurrent smaller projects. Nevertheless, all customer implementation projects involve several parties, and your role will be to ensure that all involved parties see the same goal and work towards it together.
Your responsibilities include:
Manage the delivery of the project(s) through the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to implementation
Creating, updating and communicating the project’s goals and plans
Leading and enabling proactive communications between parties within the project
Taking ownership for the overall estimating process for the project, and working collaboratively with the teams within Professional Services, to estimate the work effort required to deliver the project scope within the agreed timescales and budgets

Hands-on attitude and ability to execute while keeping the big picture in mind. As a key person in the Enfuce team, communication and interpersonal skills are important.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
3+ years of experience from a customer-facing project management role for a technology company
Understanding the importance of managing customer expectations and someone who sees success through customers succeeding
Experience in working with various stakeholders (e.g. business, development teams, sales, customers, third parties)
Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal and written)

This is a permanent position and you would be working mostly from our London office but we are a modern workplace where remote working is also possible.
