Sales Enablement Specialist

In this role you will act as the mastermind of our RFX inquiries, mainly request for proposals (RFPs). You will be the process owner in our RFXs, collecting required information from the focal stakeholders including but not limited to our sales and sales operations, solution consultants, and product teams. Whilst you will also own the process development in this area, your main purpose will be to develop the RFX process to its peak, enabling fast and smooth delivery of required information in order to turn our sales prospects into loving long-term customers.

You will start with a well-thought onboarding in order to get you up to speed on things. Also, as we believe in collaboration, you will have the support from all the relevant stakeholders in order for you to succeed.

What will you be doing:

  • Ensuring that all our RFPs are done in a timely manner

  • Setting and following internal deadlines, planning the RFX process and involving required stakeholders to meet the timelines

  • Keeping our sales materials up to date in close cooperation with our sales and marketing teams and collaborating with sales during the sales process

  • Developing and maintaining an information bank which will contain all the needed information regarding our products and services to help with quicker information sharing

With this type of a background you will succeed in the role:

  • 2-5 years of experience from similar positions (i.e. project management, technical pre-sales, sales coordinator)

  • Solid project management skills as you will coordinate among many stakeholders at the same time

  • Time management skills, you are familiar with strict timelines and following-up others

  • Ability to organize your own work and to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive mindset to identify and solve problems and to take feedback further

  • Being positive and easily approachable since you will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to communicate fluently in English (our working language)

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • The ability to listen and to think critically
