To reach our ambitious goals and become the World’s Number One payment provider, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our sales team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

What will you be doing?

As we are growing, our customer base continues to do so as well. This means that our accounts are diversifying and growing and for this we need to strengthen the sales team. As a Senior Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility is building a well qualified sales pipeline, progress opportunities through Enfuce sales process to successful customer selection and contract signature. As the sales operations is our key operation, your role is at the core of enabling our growth journey.

What exactly are we looking for?

  • You have proven track record in delivering results and closing deals at international level

  • Previous experience within the cards payment industry

  • You are familiar with managing and leading a diverse set of opportunities

  • Convincing presentation to C-level executives, can drive more technical meetings as well (with the support of technical team)

  • You are self-driven and love to accomplish goals

  • You thrive on having a solution-oriented mindset

  • You communicate fluently in English (our working language)

  • You think that working as a team is absolutely the best way to succeed

  • You are able to have constructive discussions with technical professionals

THIS IS HOW WE DEFINE SUCCESS

You will start with a well-thought onboarding in order to get you up to speed on things. Also, as we believe in collaboration, you will have the support from all the relevant stakeholders in order for you to succeed.

After 6 months:

  • You have developed a reputation as a collaborative, proactive and engaging person and colleague

  • You manage your sales pipeline and communicate the status of your cases effectively to stakeholders and have initial contracts signed

  • You work independently, contribute to the team and work according to Enfuce values

After 12 months:

  • You manage a solid pipeline and close high value deals

  • You receive regular positive customer feedback – your customers are happy with the quality of the work and solutions provided

  • You have developed the ability to utilize customer feedback for improving our sales operations

This is a permanent position. Although we have some flexibility in terms of location – the ideal location will be the UK with time spent each week in our London office with travel, as required, to meet with your sales contacts.
