To reach our ambitious goals and become the World’s Number One payment provider, we are looking for a Solution Consultant to join our Solution Consulting team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
What will you be doing?
As we are growing, our customer base continues to do so as well. This means that our accounts are diversifying and growing and for this we need to strengthen our Solution Consulting team. As a Solution Consultant, your primary responsibility is to work closely with our sales team to provide technical and industry expertise to potential customers during the sales process. In other words, you will collaborate with the Business Development Managers to ensure that the solutions proposed to customers are in line with Enfuce’s product offerings and capabilities. As an industry professional, you bring your extensive product knowledge and make sure that our Card-as-a-Service offering is clearly explained and matches our customers’ needs. As the Solution Consulting is our key operation, your role is at the core of enabling our growth journey.
What exactly are we looking for?
We are definitely interested, if you recognize yourself from these qualities and characteristics:

You have a background in card processing preferably from issuing side and knowledge of working with schemes (Visa/Mastercard)

Experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, Customer Success or similar

You understand opportunity qualification process while having a critical/challenging mindset

You have the ability to build a collaborative relationship with the BDMs with clear area-of-responsibility

You have a solid track record in building trust among relevant stakeholders to enable closing deals, building long lasting customer relationships

You are solid communicator in converting and describing complex solutions in a way that the recipient can understand
THIS IS HOW WE DEFINE SUCCESS
You will start with a well-thought onboarding in order to get you up to speed on things. Also, as we believe in collaboration, you will have the support from all the relevant stakeholders in order for you to succeed.
After 6 months:

You are a fully integrated team player within Solution Consulting team e.g. a) providing knowledge sharing within opportunities b) capturing feedback from Sales process to strengthen Enfuce offering

You independently help Sales (BDMs) to validate correct Enfuce Card-as-a-Service scope based on BDM findings. You have the ability to challenge the BDM on any missing information to validate that the scope is really what the Customer needs in order to fulfill short and long term vision related to payment card.
After 12 months:

You have added additional ecosystem perspectives related to areas such as Compliance, IBANs, core banking, PSPs, card manufacturing etc. Also able to take ownership of separate selected Partner areas in collaboration with the Partnership team.

You have the ability to educate wider Enfuce teams on above areas

This is a permanent position. Although we have some flexibility in terms of location – the ideal location will be the UK or in the Nordics.
