This role is ideal for multi-tasking dynamos with several years of experience across the communications spectrum. Ideally you are familiar with tech or fintech communications and are comfortable working at warp speed at a rapidly scaling startup. You will be part of the Brand and Communications team, reporting to the VP of Brand and Communications and be part of a wider marketing team that is on a mission to the B2B marketing team that everyone wants to be on!

Your purpose will be to support Enfuce’s ongoing brand evolution with thoughtful and high-impact communications. You are a creative force that is flawlessly organised, capable of writing compelling copy, always ready to ideate and create with our teams and agencies, and most importantly ready to own tasks and get things done.

You love blending the creative process with precise and rapid execution to be a major player in building and shaping our Brand and Comms presence as we burst out of the B2B fintech bubble and become a widely recognised tech name. This role owns the social media calendar and oversees our PR Agency’s efforts on a daily basis while being a critical member of the Brand and Comms team and an active voice in shaping our activation calendar and creative path as a brand.

You are fearless and ready to try new things but take ownership of your tasks and are committed to delivering exceptional results. No task is too small and no challenge is too big for you– but you know when to ask questions, manage up, and seek support from your team.

Your day to day will focus on the following  core focus areas:

  • Social Media: Manage the social calendar, create posts, and coordinate assets

  • PR Agency Management: Ensure press and media opportunities are handled, support the delivery of our PR strategy and KPIs, and manage monthly reports

  • Blog Management and Content Development: Develop a quarterly content calendar, draft content and coordinate external resources as needed, and coordinate newsletter delivery

  • Contribute to the brand experience: You will ideate alongside the team on new ideas, experiences and content pieces to make Enfuce the ultimate B2B brand

What we look for

You bring to the table the following dynamic mix of skills, experience and attitude:

  • Creative, highly motivated, eager to own tasks and deliver both independently and as part of the team

  • 7+ years of communications experience, including PR, social media, and content creation, experience in fintech or startup environments is a plus

  • Native English speaker or minimum C2 skills

  • You have an exciting collection of writing samples that prove you are a master of the written word (Press releases? Blog posts? Your latest novel? We’re interested in it all!)

  • Experience drafting a range of materials including: press releases, social media posts, executive communications, top of funnel editorial content

  • Proficiency in PR tools like Meltwater

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Knowledge of internal communications best practices including employee engagement, change management, and crisis communication

  • Additional language skills (FR, DE, or IT) are a bonus
