Charlotte Hogg, Executive Vice-President and CEO of Visa’s European operations: With over three decades working in financial services, bank operations, and consulting, Charlotte brings her invaluable experience in the finance sector. Prior to joining Visa, Charlotte served as chief operating officer for the Bank of England, from 2013 to 2017. Her previous experience included impactful roles at Santander, Experian, and Goldfish Bank.

Charlotte is an Oxford graduate with a degree in Economics and History. She is a Kennedy Memorial Trust Scholar from Harvard University and holds an honorary Doctor of Laws from Warwick University. Beyond finance, she serves as a Non-Executive Director for RELX plc and sits on the Board of Philharmonia. Charlotte has previously served on the boards of First Story and Now Teach, both charities in the education sector. She was also a delegate to the Finance Committee of Oxford University Press and a former governor of Nottingham Trent University.
