Hi Julia, what’s your role at Enfuce—and what’s one surprising thing people might not know about it?
I’m the Head of Product here at Enfuce. I’m responsible for shaping the core processing engine that powers our payment solutions. Together with the Processing team, we ensure that everything from authorisations to financial transactions runs smoothly, so payments are fast, secure, and successful.
One surprising thing people might not know is how interconnected my role is across teams and domains. Collaboration is at the heart of almost everything I do. I work closely with product, engineering, compliance, and customer operations, connecting the dots between teams to keep everything aligned and moving forward.
What first brought you to Enfuce?
It was the opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech that’s truly disrupting the industry. I was excited by the chance to work in an environment that values both innovation and purpose. It felt like the kind of place where I could grow and make a real impact.
What has been the most memorable moment/achievement during your time here?
One of the most memorable moments came during one of our monthly Show and Tell meetings, where I had the chance to share the improvements we made to bring more transparency to payment declines. Many teams contributed to making it happen, and the meeting was a great reminder of what we can achieve when we collaborate across functions. It was a proud moment to see everyone’s work come together to make a real difference for our customers.
If your Enfuce journey were a movie, what would the title be?
It would be Mission: Possible—played by a passionate crew navigating steep learning curves and high-stakes moments, packed with bold moves and rapid changes.
Looking ahead, what are you excited about in the future?
I’m excited about where Enfuce is heading, especially the expansion into new markets and the continuous evolution of our platform. There’s a real sense that we’re just getting started, and I’m motivated by the opportunity to help shape what comes next. I’m also looking forward to new challenges, meaningful collaborations, and continuing to grow with this amazing team.
